Terms and Conditions


Our prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all tax, excluding delivery charges. We dispatch plants from Premesque (Northern France) to Ireland and throughout Europe.


Availability


We manage our stock with the utmost care to ensure your satisfaction. Receiving your order does not necessarily imply that the products you ordered are available. Plants are living organisms that are constantly changing. Consequently, a plant you ordered may not meet a sufficiently high standard to be dispatched, in which case we will, where possible, offer to replace it with another plant. Any undelivered product will be credited or refunded at the customer’s discretion, as soon as possible and in any event within 5 working days, using the same payment method as that used for your original payment (credit card refund or bank transfer to your account).

  • By credit card on our website via the secure SSL connection provided by our bank, CIC. This payment method is fully secure and the fastest available, and enables us to dispatch your order within 48 hours, subject to availability.

Delivery Terms


If you wish, you can specify the period during which you would like to receive your order in the field provided to that end when placing your order. This date is indicative, and our taking it into account does not constitute a guarantee of delivery. Nevertheless, we will do our best to deliver to you on this date or a date close to it. If you do not specify any preferred date, we will deliver to you at the best time for planting.


We do not dispatch live plants on Fridays, Saturdays, the eve and the day before last of public holidays in order to minimise the transit time spent by the plants. We reserve the right to suspend deliveries should weather conditions be incompatible with maintaining the plants in good condition, especially in the event of a cold snap during the winter months or a heatwave during the summer months.


Parcels are delivered by our carrier, with the delivery time stated on the delivery information page. You will be notified by email when your parcel has been dispatched, and you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track its progress.


If your order has not been delivered within the stated timeframe, please let us know as soon as possible via the contact form so that we can get in touch with the carrier straight away.


In the event of loss or excessive delay in delivery by the carrier, we undertake to refund you immediately, unless there has been clear negligence on your part (such as failing to collect a parcel despite several reminders).

 


Money-back guarantee


Each pant or bulb we dispatch is checked individually for quality before dispatch.


If, despite our best efforts, you are not satisfied with one of our items, please contact us via the contact form. We will refund you for that item.

We trust our customers and consider requests made within a reasonable timeframe favourably, unless we deem a complaint to be manifestly unreasonable.


You also have the right to cancel your order and may return an item to us within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund within a maximum of 5 working days using the same payment method used for the order (either by crediting your credit card or by bank transfer to your bank account).


We do not sell florist plants, which are grown in greenhouses for immediate visual appeal, but nursery plants that grow at their own pace, at the right time, and prove to be much hardier. We request your trust: our gardens, our plants and our customers’ satisfaction have been the foundation of our success for several decades.

 


Mediation


In the event of any unresolved dispute with a Promesse de Fleurs representative, you may refer the matter to the Online Dispute Resolution platform, which is designed to facilitate an amicable resolution of disputes between consumers and traders within the European Union.

You may also, free of charge but subject to providing detailed evidence that it has not been possible to resolve the dispute amicably with Promesse de fleurs, refer the matter to the Consumer Ombudsman Medicys, the bailiffs’ Mediation and Amicable Settlement Centre – 73, Boulevard de Clichy, 75009 – Paris – France

The information requested is required to process your order. In accordance with the Data Processing, Files and Civil Liberties Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data, and to object to its disclosure to third parties by writing to us.

Our website contains a wealth of photographs and information, the result of several decades of work and experimentation; any use or reproduction thereof, even in part, for commercial purposes is therefore prohibited unless we have given our consent.
