Despite an initial problematic delivery, I am delighted to see that the second plant received is in excellent health, which reflects the professionalism of Promesse de Fleur. Thank you for this prompt and efficient response.

Ordered 3 plants this winter, none of them sprouted in the spring. However, I closely monitored them.

Disappointed with this order, even though I have ordered from Promesse de Fleurs several times before. The previous order already had a completely dead pot of forget-me-nots, and this order, only the camellia and the 2 forget-me-nots that I ordered are in good condition. The passiflora incarnata is really not beautiful, with a good portion of the plant all yellow. The tuscany superb rose has all the branches broken and brown, and an astilbe with just soil and no trace of the astilbe. I am really disappointed with this order, especially considering the price of the plants ordered.

Hello, Unfortunately, one of the 2 Passiflora incarnata plants that I ordered arrived with the main stem broken. There is very little chance that it will recover this season, especially since the rest of the stems are already in bad shape. ???? And the complaints form doesn't seem to be working. 1 out of 2 seems to be in a reasonable condition to hope for recovery. Furthermore, once again, I haven't received the catalogue from "Promesse de fleurs". Last summer, I placed a €90 order and didn't receive a catalogue, and now, with this order of €60, still no catalogue.

Can a plant be fertilized with a cutting from the same plant?

Received plant with 2 very small leaves and very, very few roots. Root ball doesn't hold together, so... Verdict in the spring!

Beautiful plant received in good condition. I repotted it on my balcony while waiting for it to bloom.

The top/bottom labels were not properly observed, so the plant was a bit disrupted. However, it had been pruned short, so no stems were too damaged. It has since regrown peacefully.
