Watercress seeds

Watercress is an aquatic and seasoning plant cultivated in  vegetable gardens for its young shoots and leaves. It is mainly an umbrella term that encompasses plants of different species, all of which have in common a slightly peppery, tangy flavour. Land cress is a semi-aquatic plant known as 'American Cress', Bank Cress', etc. Easy and fast to grow, Watercress requires moist soil and regular watering. It thrives in light, cool, and humus-rich soil. It is a concentrated source of beta-carotene, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements, which is why its sprouted seeds are also consumed.
