Celery seeds

Celery - Apium graveolens - is a vegetable that comes in three forms: Celeriac cultivated for its fleshy root, Leaf celery for its stems and finely cut leaves, and Cutting celery as an herb like parsley. All three have their origin in Marsh parsley or Marsh celery. It is a perennial plant known for its purifying and antioxidant properties. Celeries are vegetables that are harvested in autumn and winter, and their seeds are sown from April onwards. They are very hardy and thrive in moist, light, and rich soils.
