Rocket seeds

Rocket refers to two species of plants from the Brassicaceae family sown in the vegetable garden for their crispy leaves with a slightly peppery taste. These are the cultivated Arugula and the wild Arugula with a stronger taste. Both like fertile, cool, and well-drained soil. Sowing can be done all year round and should be spread out over time for extended harvests. It is a plant rich in vitamin C and iron. Arugula adapts very well to confined spaces and readily grows on balconies or in vegetable patches.
