New update following the replacement of the passionflower. The second plant arrived shorter, but in very good condition (despite the inversion of the top/bottom sides of the box). I hope it will produce flowers this year, we'll see... in any case, thank you for your professionalism.

The plant was in packaging where the top-bottom markings were reversed on both sides of the box. Therefore, it can be concluded that the plant had to travel upside down and is now broken, withered, and its roots exposed. Fortunately, the delivery was fast. I hope that it will recover from its upside-down journey!

UPDATE: After securing the severed section with a stake, the plant has started to regrow. Therefore, I will give it a 4-star rating, even though it arrived damaged... but I can't seem to change it.

Plant received in September 2018, tired from transportation. It did not recover. I doubt that the recovery has been successful.

The mishandling of the package by the delivery service hasn't been good for the plant. Part of the pot has been emptied of its soil... Other than that, the product is as expected.

I am usually satisfied with the plants I receive, but this time it is a real disappointment: the plants arrived uprooted from their pots and the stems were broken. Passiflora incarnata in poor condition.
