It aerates the soil without turning it over, simply by dislodging it with the penetration of the two tines, and uproots weeds, which can then be easily removed. The rose fork can also be used to scrape the surface of the soil. The handle, ending in a T shape, as well as the two 'footrests' located at the top of the head, multiply the force: they allow for leverage to drive the head into the soil and rotate it. To maintain the beautiful appearance of your tool, we recommend cleaning it with a stiff brush after each use and storing it away from moisture. Once a year, you can sand the handle with fine sandpaper and oil it with a mixture of linseed oil and turpentine for easier application. Dilute half and half, and for faster drying of the handle, use boiled linseed oil.
