Ground covers and film

Our woven polypropylene mulch sheets have all the qualities of a good mulch, combined with good mechanical resistance. Particularly recommended for sloping terrain, they are the most effective way to achieve healthy plantations with minimal maintenance: reduced watering, minimal weeding.

The black mulch film FRESAFILM, particularly suitable for strawberry cultivation, ensures better yield and high-quality harvest: it prevents the growth of weeds, retains moisture in the soil, and keeps the fruits clean by isolating them from the ground.

The blend of hemp and flax is a natural mulching solution for the garden or vegetable patch. Its 100% plant-based origin provides all the advantages of mulching: weed prevention, water saving, increased temperature, clean soil, promotes soil life... while being 100% biodegradable. It can be used in organic farming.

Mulches in general allow the soil to warm up more quickly and plants to root faster. Protected by mulch, the soil dries out much slower, which reduces the need for watering and significantly decreases water consumption. Mulching effectively limits the emergence of weeds by depriving the naturally present seeds of light in the soil.
