With around 8000 species, it is one of the richest genera on the planet. Few of them can acclimate in the garden, but rest assured, there is plenty to satisfy both the most demanding collector and the amateur who wants to garden without worries with hardy and perennial euphorbias for shade or sun, cool or hot, dry or humid climates. Just choose wisely.
'Major' is a natural variety more vigorous than the species, with pale yellow flowers. Very good border plant, in the company of lungworts, Brunnera, Symphytum etc.
