Our range of Brachyscome. Brachyscome are perennial or annual plants, highly appreciated for their light and abundant flowering. Their main asset is their ability to form beautiful colorful cushions throughout the summer. The most common variety is the Brachyscome multifida, often called Australian daisy. This perennial, which spreads out to form a carpet of finely cut leaves, produces small flowers ranging from white to violet. Its fine and dense foliage remains decorative even outside the flowering period. The Brachyscome angustifolia 'Brasco Violet', prized for its intense violet flowering and its great heat resistance, is an ideal variety for the sunniest regions. The Brachyscome iberidifolia, known as the blue daisy, stands out for its flowers with delicate petals, usually blue or mauve, and a bright yellow center. This species is ideal for borders, rockeries or even flower pots. The variety 'Little Missy' with its fragrant lilac-blue flowers is an ideal annual plant for borders, pots and hanging baskets.

Brachyscome prefer well-drained, slightly acidic to neutral soil and a sunny exposure. To benefit from continuous flowering, regularly remove faded flowers and ensure moderate watering, especially in summer. These plants tolerate drought once well established in open ground or in rockeries, but appreciate moist soil to prolong their flowering. When grown in a planter, they will appreciate regular watering and fertilizer applications.
