Description

The Calibrachoa Sweet Bells Bronze Lemon is a very floriferous and durable annual plant with a compact ball-shaped habit. Its flowers, small but very numerous, are pale lemon yellow with a hint of veiled bronze in the center and bloom from spring to the first frost.

This Calibrachoa Sweet Bells is ideal for hanging baskets, garden pots, or containers. It measures between 30 and 40 cm (12 and 16in) in height.

Resistant to drought and heat, Calibrachoa Sweet Bells thrive in sunny locations. The Calibrachoa Bronze Lemon has rapid and vigorous growth. It is a recent development.

Beautiful combination with Verbenas and Surfinia Petunias.

Note: Please be aware that our young plug plants are professional products reserved for experienced gardeners: upon receipt, transplant and store them in a sheltered place (veranda, greenhouse, cold frame) at a temperature above 14°C (57.2°F) for a few weeks before being planted outdoors once the risk of frost has definitively passed.

Planting and care

You can plant your Calibrachoas Sweet Bells Bronze Lemon in the ground or in a pot. If you wish to plant them in the ground, wait until the last heavy frosts have passed. In the meantime, you can pre-cultivate them in a warm and bright place to speed up their growth. The Calibrachoas Sweet Bells will flower from June to October. Plant your Sweet Bells calibrachoa in a sunny location sheltered from the wind. They need a light and humus-bearing soil, but above all, it must be well-draining. Do not water them too much at the beginning of their growth as they are sensitive to excess moisture. They tolerate drought well, but will need regular watering during hot summer days. Very floriferous and fast-growing, they are hungry plants. We recommend feeding them with a liquid fertilizer for surfinias once or twice a week during the growth period. Remove faded flowers and dry leaves as they appear to keep them looking beautiful and extend the flowering period.
