Description

This dark blue petunia Million bells with a yellow heart is perfect for pots and hanging baskets with its trailing habit. It will also dress up the borders of your flower beds or the base of your climbing plants.

Million bells petunias are among the most recent cultivars. They are covered with smaller but very numerous flowers. They are more drought-resistant and thrive in sunny locations.

Height 40 cm (16in), flowering from June to October.

Sold in packs of 5 plug plants measuring 4 cm (2in) X 2.5 cm (1in).

Note: Attention, our young plug plants are professional products reserved for experienced gardeners: upon receipt, transplant and store them under cover (veranda, greenhouse, cold frame...) at a temperature above 14°C (57.2°F) for a few weeks before being installed outdoors once the risk of frost has definitively passed.

Planting and care

Plant after the last heavy frosts (surfinia petunias tolerate a light late frost) in a sunny or semi-shaded position. Very floriferous and fast-growing, they are hungry. Feed them with a liquid fertiliser for surfinias once or twice a week during the growing season. Do not overwater, as they are sensitive to excess moisture. They tolerate drought well, but water regularly during hot summer weather. Remove faded flowers and dry leaves.
