Made in France
An ecological and ergonomic garden tool, perfect for working soil without disturbing its structure, while protecting the gardener's back. It is equipped with a wide 5-tined head made of tempered steel, a foot support area, and two long wooden handles that reduce the risk of breakage and ensure better distribution of weight. Its removable tines can be replaced, if necessary. It is an indispensable tool for gardeners who want to engage in an organic and sustainable gardening approach.

The Leborgne 5-tine fork is sturdy, ergonomic, and environmentally friendly. Its 5-tined wide head loosens soil without turning it over. This protects the soil structure and avoids disrupting the microbial life that contributes to its richness. Its two long wooden handles provide great comfort during use, allowing the gardener to work standing up while minimising effort. This solid model is suitable for heavy, clayey, and compact soils.

A classic garden fork is designed to deeply loosen and crumble soil. It is ideal for working with clayey or heavy and compact soils. This Leborgne model is a kind of fork with a very wide head with 5 tines, a crossbar, and two long handles. It loosens the soil to a depth of about 20cm (8in), simply by penetrating it with its sturdy, sharp teeth. Unlike a spade or tiller, this garden tool does not mix the different layers of the soil, does not disturb the microbial life, and does not cut earthworms, which are essential for the health and fertility of the soil. The layer that is found on the surface of the soil is rich in humus, composed of decomposing plant matter, which is very nutritious for plants. The invertebrates, insects, bacteria, and fungi that are involved in this process require oxygen, and they suffocate when the soil is turned over, while the deeper, poorer layer ends up on the surface. Use this biofork to prepare soil before sowing or planting. Its 110cm (43in) long handles let you work with a straight back, ensuring your back muscles are not strained, even during intensive use.

The tines on this model are removable and can be replaced, if necessary. It is guaranteed for 15 years by the manufacturer.

Ideal tool for Aerating and loosening soil
Directions for use This fork loosens and aerates the soil surface without turning it over. This protects the soil structure and avoids disrupting the microbial life that contributes to its richness. It is used to prepare soil before planting and sowing. This model is suitable for working with loose and light soils, as well as compact, heavy, and clayey ones. Its use requires some practice: 1. Push it into the ground by sliding your foot at the level of the crossbar of the head 2. Then pull it towards you by lowering the handles to hip height (the curvature of the tines lifts the clod of earth simply by pulling the handles towards oneself using a lever arm effect) 3. Make a small alternating lifting movement on each side Tips: - Clean the tines after use - Store the tool in a dry and sheltered place
