Planting and care

Plant in any moist soil. These floriferous perennial plants are not very hardy. They self-seed generously - sometimes too much - so they can be cultivated in cold regions, provided that the culture medium suits them. In nature, they practically all live in damp or even waterlogged areas and retain their foliage when the winter is not too harsh.
