I placed my order on 18th August. Your catalogue stated that the young plants would be available on 6th September. When I confirmed my order, the shipping date indicated was 25th September. 19 days after the 6th! On 26th September, having heard nothing about my order, I called you. The person told me that my order was supposed to be dispatched on the 28th. Eventually, I received a message saying it would be sent on 1st October. On 4th October, I called to inform you that I still hadn't received anything. The person told me that the field of plants had been watered before being sent and they could last a week. It is now 8th October and I have no updates on my order. I am furious and I no longer trust you.

Planting and care

Plant the bulbs in autumn, from September to December, at a depth of 5 to 10cm (2 to 4in). Plant in ordinary, slightly acidic, neutral, or slightly alkaline, loose, well-worked, and well-draining soil. Never add manure or poorly decomposed compost to the planting soil, as this could cause the bulbs to rot. Plant the bulbs in a good location, sunny or partially shaded.
