This anti-deficiency solution with Boron is a ready-to-use solution that is used for the prevention and treatment of boron deficiencies, which are characterized by thickening, deformation, and browning of young shoots, as well as a lack of colouration on fruits and vegetables. It is sprayed directly on the plant (melon, strawberry, fruit trees, carrots, beans, spinach, celery, impatiens, pansies). Packaged in a 750ml spray bottle.

This Boron anti-deficiency solution is a ready-to-use solution for preventing and treating boron deficiencies, which particularly affect certain vegetable, fruit, or flower crops when the soil is unbalanced or depleted. Boron deficiency manifests itself through various symptoms, which may vary depending on the plants, but it is imperative to be able to detect them. Practical and very easy to use, this 750ml spray treatment is applied directly to the affected plant.

To live and multiply, plants need water, about twenty essential nutrients that they find in mineral form in the soil, carbon dioxide (CO2) present in the air, and solar energy essential for photosynthesis. The basic elements, called macronutrients, are nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). They must be present in the soil in significant quantities. Secondary elements, less predominant but nevertheless essential, are calcium (Ca), sulphur (S), and magnesium (Mg). Finally, trace elements, required in very small quantities, are represented by boron (B), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), chlorine (Cl), sodium (Na), cobalt (Cao), vanadium (V), and silicon (Si).

Boron deficiency often occurs in soils depleted of soil micro-organisms and organic matter (humus, compost, decomposed manure), or in porous and filtering soils, where rainwater leaches nutrients deep into the soil, out of reach of the roots. Insufficient crop rotation can also be the cause of trace element deficiencies, as plants excessively deplete the soil resource without sufficient replenishment from external sources. The crops most commonly affected by boron deficiency are: melon, strawberry, beetroot, carrot, celery, beans, spinach, celery, apple tree, as well as impatiens and pansies, for example. Affected plants often show thickening, deformation, and browning of young shoots, as well as a lack of colouration in fruits and vegetables. Lateral cracks appear on beetroot at ground level, cracks on melons, hollow roots on celeriac, or cork disease on apples.

This ready-to-use liquid treatment can prevent boron deficiency in advance or resolve it in affected plants.
