The Bamboo, Conifer, Boxwood and Bush Liquid Fertiliser by Masso Garden is a nitrogen-rich formula, with trace elements, supplemented with iron. Used regularly in watering, this fertiliser ensures growth and contributes to the good health of various foliage shrubs. It strengthens the vitality of bamboo and boxwood, enhances the strength of their branches, and promotes the formation of new green leaves. It is a concentrated formula to be diluted in water.
This fertiliser has the following formulation: N.P.K. 8-4-4 with trace elements (including iron).
Uses: ideally from April to September. Shake well before use. Lightly moisten the soil at the base of the crops. Then mix the solution in water and water at the base of the plants in the morning or evening. Repeat this application once a week. Recommended for foliage shrubs grown in containers.
Dosage: ½ cap for 1.5 litres of water or 1 cap in 3 litres of water.
To live and multiply, plants need water, about twenty nutrients that they find in mineral form in the soil, carbon dioxide (CO2) present in the air, and solar energy essential for photosynthesis. The basic elements, called macronutrients, are nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). They must be present in the soil in significant quantities. The secondary elements, less predominant but still essential, are calcium (Ca), sulfur (S), and magnesium (Mg). Finally, trace elements, necessary in very small quantities, include iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), copper (Cu), boron (B), zinc (Zn), chlorine (Cl), sodium (Na), cobalt (Co), vanadium (V), and silicon (Si). The role of fertiliser is to compensate for soil deficiencies and provide, through optimal dosage, the elements that promote either plant growth, flowering and fruit production, or the development of roots, bulbs, and tubers.

Hardiness is the lowest winter temperature a plant can endure without suffering serious damage or even dying. However, hardiness is affected by location (a sheltered area, such as a patio), protection (winter cover) and soil type (hardiness is improved by well-drained soil).
