Description

Juncus ensifolius is a small rush with flattened stems that will easily find a place on the bank of a small pond. The light green, sword-shaped stems are upright and form a dense clump.

The flowers are borne above the foliage. They are spherical and of a dark brownish colour that contrasts with the foliage.
