Description

Armeria Maritima or Sea Thrift is a coastal plant that withstands wind well. Its fine greyish foliage is evergreen. It develops a carpet of lovely flowers in tight round umbels.

Perfect for the seaside, it also adapts well elsewhere in well-drained soil. Ideal for borders or rock gardens.

Install your Armeria maritima in full sun or possibly partial shade, in well-drained soil, preferably moist. Armerias are not very demanding and are satisfied with relatively poor soil. Resistant to wind, salt spray, and drought. Their only enemy is excessive moisture!
