I had already bought a young plant here 2 years ago and it was a big crush, so I just got more to keep it company. The young plants arrived in very good condition and were planted upon receipt, just have to wait a few months.

Description

Brunnera macrophylla Jack Frost or Great Forget-Me-Not is a perennial that grows in the forests of Eastern Europe and Northwestern Asia. It is cultivated for its delicate flowers that resemble forget-me-nots and its groundcover habit that forms a thick carpet of deciduous foliage. In May-June, magnificent blue flowers appear and are arranged in paniculate clusters (conical-shaped clusters) that are at least 20 cm (8in) long.

The foliage of the Siberian bugloss is green with silver veins and prominently marked with cream white.  Leaves are lanceolate to ovate in shape. The heart-shaped leaves measure up to 15 cm (6in) long and have soft hairs. They are highly decorative in pots and in the garden. Brunnera reaches a height of 50 cm (20in) at maturity. This perennial has spring interest and is very hardy ,at least down to -20°C (1°F).

Brunnera macrophylla Jack Frost thrives in the coolness of partial shade. It is a good border plant and is well-suited for wild gardens or perennial flower beds with a more relaxed appearance. It pairs well with spring-blooming bulb flowers and other perennials. Ideal for mixing with tulips.
