Description

These are perennials, annuals, or shrubs found throughout the Northern hemisphere.  Appearance and needs vary greatly depending on the species. All enjoy bright spaces.

A large rosette of long dark green leaves with a bluish tint, becoming very light green. Hollow stems bear compound umbels of greenish-yellow and lemon yellow flowers, which are very bright, resembling some euphorbias. 60cm (24in) tall in nature, it can reach 1.50m (5ft) or more in rich soil.  Plant in any well-drained soil including rocky, limestone, poor or rich soil. Cut back the flower stalks after flowering to promote the growth of new leaves.
