Description

Dicentra formosa Bacchanal for dry to moist, neutral to alkaline soil. This bleeding heart blooms from May to September with magnificent dark red heart-shaped flower spikes. It has blue-silver foliage.

We mixed it with red and brown tulips in our flower bed.

Most bleeding hearts go into dormancy at the end of spring, this does not have any negative effects on regrowth
