Like many plants from your place, the 3 gypsophiles have disappeared. Very disappointed.

Description

Gypsophila paniculata 'Schneeflocke' is a beautiful perennial producing an abundance of tiny white double flowers. This fluffy flowering seems to be suspended in the air on a bush of thin and stiff branches.

It lives in sandy steppes and very poor rocky soils in which it takes root with robust rootstocks capable of withstanding very dry summers. A popular plant in floristry.

Planting and care

Unless otherwise noted, they require light, even poor, rocky and sandy soil. Place in full sun. In heavy and humid soil, they behave like annual plants. Superb for lightening a rose bed. Well-drained soil allows them to live for a long time and withstand the cold. In rich and humid soil, they die during the winter following planting.
