Order arrived in a more than pitiful state. The geraniums were placed in a box with 3 compartments and nothing to secure them in the middle. As a result, nothing was held in place. The majority of the labels were no longer in the pot, so it was impossible to know which plant it is. And the plants barely had 2 leaves on the stem. There was even a pot where there was almost only soil, I had to search to find 2 miserable shoots... No one would buy such plants in a shop!! Customer Service contacted today. This is my 2nd order and the 1st one (other plants) also didn't arrive in good condition (one of the 2 didn't survive, by the way).

A pretty collection of perennial double geraniums, in complementary colours.
This assortment is composed of:
2 Himalayense Plenum geraniums, a soft lilac violet colour streaked with pink.
2 Pratense Plenum geraniums, with large white flowers veined with pink.
2 Summer Skies geraniums, with delicate lilac flowers variegated with pink and blue.
These varieties are very abundant, flowering will start in May-June and can continue until the first frost. Their foliage has strong ground covering capacity, to dress up the foreground of flowerbeds, as well as the bottom of hedges.
Perennial geraniums should be planted in a sunny or partially shaded site. They are hardy and require little maintenance.

Botanical data
Perennial geraniums are planted during spring or autumn. Not very demanding in terms of position or soil quality, it thrives in the sun, which promotes flowering, or in partial shade. To plant, work the soil to a depth of 20 cm (8in), loosening it well and adding a base amendment such as dried blood or powdered horn at the bottom of the planting hole. Position your plant, removed from its pot, and cover the top of the root ball with 3 cm (1in) of soil. Fill in the hole and water generously to eliminate air pockets. Space the plants 40 cm (16in) apart. If planted during dry weather, it is necessary to water regularly for a few weeks to facilitate root establishment. However, give little water in winter. From July to September, remove faded flowers and leaves to encourage new growth. After flowering, you can also cut back the plant and water well to encourage a neat clump to form.

Hardiness is the lowest winter temperature a plant can endure without suffering serious damage or even dying. However, hardiness is affected by location (a sheltered area, such as a patio), protection (winter cover) and soil type (hardiness is improved by well-drained soil).
