Description
Anemone x hybrida 'Königin Charlotte' is a beautiful hybrid with pink double flowers. Blooming from late summer to the first frost.
It prefers dry to moist soil in not too hot exposures. It tolerates sun in humus-bearing soil. It adapts well to planting at the base of trees that provide moisture and helps the anemone to flourish.
Plant Anemone x hybrida 'Königin Charlotte' alongside Cimicifuga 'White Pearl' and 'Atropurpurea'.
Use the cut stems bearing dry-looking seed capsules to create winter bouquets. Pop the stems in a vase; white flowers will appear after 2 hours at room temperature.
