I just received my package on 27/04/2024. I can't even begin to describe the state of the 3 young plants! The root balls were completely falling apart, out of their respective buckets, and didn't match the photo at all! Only a few leaves, completely shriveled up at the base! I don't know if I'll manage to plant them, and if it's even worth it because the root ball is falling apart, I can't hold onto what's left of it. I'm disappointed!

Description

Potentilla William Rollison is a perennial variety with reddish-orange flowers measuring 2 to 3 cm (1 in) and lightly veined with yellow in the centre. The petals have a yellow reverse.

Its leaves have a shape reminiscent of strawberry leaves.

Its abundant and long-lasting flowering period, from June to August, and its robustness make it suitable for low hedges, flower beds, or mixed borders.

Planting and care

Plant Potentilla William Rollison in a perfectly sunny location in well-drained neutral to limestone and even rocky soil. It is perfectly hardy and withstands both frost and drought well, but will flower more abundantly if the soil retains some moisture. You can cut back the stems after flowering, and prune it in spring, in March or April.
