The rose bush received is a bit small, but it appears healthy and in good condition, with the joy of having an open flower (the colour is very beautiful and true to the photo). Also, thanks to Jérémy for the care taken in preparing the order. I ordered 3 different plants, all arrived in good condition.

The Rigo Rosen 'Hotline' rose bush is a small bush overflowing with joy and vitality that will find its place in all flower gardens, even the smallest ones, and beautify any balcony. With its clusters of intensely pink semi-double wild roses open on a golden heart, highlighted by pretty shiny foliage, and its naturally spreading growth, this variety forms a pretty ground cover that flowers for months. This rose bush is perfect: Hardy, easy to cultivate, extraordinarily floriferous, and almost maintenance-free.
The 'KORneobig' or 'Hotline' Rose is a German creation by Kordes, introduced to the market in 2018, but distinguished by the highly selective German A.D.R label since 2016. It is part of a series of roses, the 'Rigo Rosen' selected in partnership with 'Globe Planter' for their exceptional disease resistance and ability to flower enthusiastically, even in rainy and sunless regions. All Rigo-Roses® have obtained the ADR label. This 'Hotline' variety is related to the floribunda rose family and the ground cover rose category due to its low and spreading habit, which is wider than tall. It quickly forms a vegetation dome of about 50 cm (20in) in height and an extent of 70 cm (28in). It is covered with a beautiful bright green, decorative foliage cut into small shiny leaflets that are finely toothed at the edges. Its flowering is abundant and continuous from June to October if the soil remains somewhat moist in summer. Its corollas, 4 cm (2in) wide, are semi-double, composed of 25 petals, gathered in clusters of 5 to 7 flowers. The tightly closed buds open into globular flowers, with petals curved in shells, which gradually unfold into flatter cups, well open on a pretty yellow stamen heart. The petals are a light and vivid fuchsia pink, almost white at the throat. The deciduous foliage falls in autumn.
The 'Hotline' ground cover rose adapts to all soils that are not too dry and to all climates, which allows it to be welcomed without reservation in many regions. It works wonders as a border, in a flowerbed, or on a significant slope where it will cover the ground. It can also be planted in groups of 3 plants, arranged in a triangle, isolated on a lawn. Plant it en masse or in combination with white or mauve ground cover roses to emphasize the path of a pathway or the masses of light or opulent shrubs and perennials. For example, it can be paired with perennial geraniums (Geranium Blue Cloud, Anne Folkard, Nimbus, Orion), bellflowers (lactiflora, rapunculoides), catmints, delphiniums, foxgloves, or other perennial salvias. It combines perfectly with shrub roses with pink or white flowers in a romantic garden.

Botanical data
Plant the 'Hotline' rose between November and March. Roses like clay soil, but if the soil is sandy, compact or dry, add compost to the planting hole. Don't plant it in waterlogged soil in winter. Place it in a sunny or partially shaded area. Roses need a lot of nutrients, so use a specific fertiliser at the start of vegetation and throughout the flowering period. To encourage repeat flowering, remove faded flowers regularly. Prune the stems by about one-quarter of their length (from 4 to 6 buds from the base of the stem) in March. Prune above an outward-facing bud so that the bush can fill out and the branches don't become tangled in the centre of the canopy. Floribunda rose varieties are more vigorous and floriferous than large-flowered rose varieties.
Roses may develop unsightly spots at the end of summer, but this is a natural occurrence and doesn't harm the rose's growth.

Hardiness is the lowest winter temperature a plant can endure without suffering serious damage or even dying. However, hardiness is affected by location (a sheltered area, such as a patio), protection (winter cover) and soil type (hardiness is improved by well-drained soil).
