Hello, very handy for not forgetting the name of the plant or, in winter, when some perennial plants completely disappear only to slowly re-emerge in spring, labels prevent the unfortunate accidental uprooting of a plant ;-) even if we can't see it, we know it's there! I have a black permanent marker, it's been almost a year since my labels were planted in the ground, they don't get damaged!

Narrow plant labels, ivory in colour, each measuring 10 or 14 cm (4 or 6in) in height with a panel of 1.5 cm (1in) or 1.8 cm (1in) wide by 8 cm (3in) long, to easily identify plants and seedlings. The labels will be marked using a water-resistant marker. Sold in packs of 20.

These Soparco narrow planting labels, in an ivory colour, are designed to allow gardeners to easily identify various plants and seedlings. They will display the plant's name, care instructions, origin, sowing or planting date, the name of a variety's breeder, or any other information deemed useful by the gardener. Sold in packs of 20.

Dimensions: 10cm (4in) or 14cm (6in) in height, panel width of 1.5cm (1in) or 1.8cm (1in), and length of 8cm (3in).

Seed packets, as well as printed bands and labels provided when purchasing plants, often deteriorate quickly under the combined action of sunlight and rain, with the plant names becoming illegible. On the other hand, these plastic labels withstand heat and weather conditions better. This model has a pointed end that can be directly planted into the soil of a flowerpot or container, or even into the foam of a floral arrangement, for example. The plant's name and any other information can be written on it using a water-resistant marker before being placed.

Plant labels are essential accessories. In the vegetable garden, it is essential to identify lettuce, radish, or carrot seedlings, as well as varieties of melons or squashes. In ornamental gardens, some perennials or bulbs disappear underground for a good part of the year and may be accidentally damaged by a shovel or hoe if not marked. Iris or grass enthusiasts will appreciate being able to remember the names of the lovely varieties they have planted. The enthusiast of rare plants for which there is no common name can, thanks to the label that comes to the aid of their memory, proudly present the Latin name of their latest acquisition to their amazed visitors. Plant labels also sometimes play an educational role in open gardens.
