This La Cordeline ecru linen twine, made from 100% natural linen fibre, is a highly versatile accessory that can be used in both the garden and the home. Perfect for tying, binding, staking, training, knotting, wrapping, sewing, as well as for arts and crafts and DIY projects, this product is available in a 250g ball with a strong thread measuring approximately 125m (410ft) in length and 1.3mm (0in) in diameter.

Linen is a material that comes directly from the beautiful flax plant, which has been cultivated since antiquity for its many qualities, which are being rediscovered today. In addition to its legendary strength, linen is appealing for its natural feel and rustic style. Linen twine is biodegradable, has high mechanical resistance, is difficult to burn, and withstands abrasion and moisture well. To make this twine, several linen threads are assembled and then twisted in the opposite direction to the original twist of each thread. This La Cordeline twine has a light beige colour and a slightly rough texture, giving it a rustic character.

It can be used in as wide a range of fields as you can imagine: in the garden, in floral art, in crafts, for DIY projects, in decoration, for packaging, for creative hobbies (crochet, knitting, macramé), for robust sewing, as well as in upholstery. It can be cut with a good pair of scissors, a sharp knife or a cutter.

This linen twine is at home in a gardener's pocket, accompanying you to the vegetable garden to stake tomatoes, tie in tall climbing\ beans, cucumbers and raspberry canes, to the ornamental garden to tie up an unruly clematis, or to the orchard to support a fruit-laden branch, for example, as it holds the most delicate stems without causing harm.

Approximate length 125m (410ft), diameter 1.3mm (0in).
