This flexible and strong Sisal cord from La Cordeline is made from a 100% natural and biodegradable plant fibre, known for its resistance. Essential and versatile, it will securely fasten anything, whether it's at home or during DIY projects. In the garden, it is ideal for staking young plants, training, aligning, and supporting all types of vegetation... It is available in a 20-metre long, 6mm diameter rope, sold in bulk.
Sisal is the common name for several plants in the Agavaceae family, including Agave sisalana native to arid areas of Mexico. It is also the name given to the plant fibre found in their long leaves. It is the longest and most resistant of plant fibres. It is used, among other things, for making ropes, accessories for cats (scratching posts, cat trees), coarse and rustic fabrics, and mats. However, when exposed to the elements, sisal fibre degrades quite quickly without leaving any residue in the environment. Sisal is now mainly cultivated in Africa, particularly in Mozambique.

It will vary according to where you live:
