It is a plant from the mallow family, related to hibiscus, native to the hot and humid regions of India. This is a raw, untreated fabric made of woven fibres with a mesh density of 300g/m². The tighter the mesh, the more resistant the fabric is. Completely biodegradable and natural, jute fabric can be reused for several years before starting to degrade.
