Description
The mixture of edible flowers and herbs is a blend that will surprise you with its diversity. It is designed to cover an area of 2 m2 in a single packet and can be sown from March to June for a harvest from July to October.
Edible flowers and herbs can, depending on the variety, be used to add a colourful touch to salads, flavour all kinds of dishes, or even decorate pastries.
It is an easy selection to cultivate that will bring you the pleasure of having a beautiful edible assortment, always fresh and grown in your own garden (or container!).

Planting and care
Sowing:
Sowing can be done from March to June, directly in open ground, at a temperature of around 20°C. Sow the seeds thinly, mixing them with fine sand on finely prepared soil, then lightly cover using a rake. Sowing is also possible in pots or containers, remember to adjust the quantity of seeds to the container so that all varieties have enough space to grow.

The flowering period indicated on our website applies to countries and regions located in USDA zone 8 (France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, etc.)
It will vary according to where you live:
- In zones 9 to 10 (Italy, Spain, Greece, etc.), flowering will occur about 2 to 4 weeks earlier.
- In zones 6 to 7 (Germany, Poland, Slovenia, and lower mountainous regions), flowering will be delayed by 2 to 3 weeks.
- In zone 5 (Central Europe, Scandinavia), blooming will be delayed by 3 to 5 weeks.
In temperate climates, pruning of spring-flowering shrubs (forsythia, spireas, etc.) should be done just after flowering.
Pruning of summer-flowering shrubs (Indian Lilac, Perovskia, etc.) can be done in winter or spring.
In cold regions as well as with frost-sensitive plants, avoid pruning too early when severe frosts may still occur.

- In mountainous regions (the Alps, Pyrenees, Carpathians, etc.), it is best to plant in late spring (May-June) or late summer (August-September).
